I om so completely sick & tired of being sick and tired of hearing the same songs over, and over, and over, and over on the radio (tell Rick Emerson he shouldn’t allow them to make him play said songs during his show), Namely, The Kings of Leon!!!! Who are these tone-deaf, monotonous, musically challenged soft-rock wannabees; and more importantly, WHAT ARE THEY DOING ON MY ROCK STATION!!!!!!!

I can’t F’ng believe it! I had no idea the great Ritchie Bristol was a fan let alone a practitioner of the sport of MMA. Your grappling looks really solid. I’m definitely going to keep up with this saga. I plan on getting a membership to Team Quest this summer when I come home from school. I used to go to Xtreme Couture in Vanouver but unfortunately they recently closed down. Best of luck to you and congratulations on the weight loss. Your dedication is truly impressive. Hope to see you at the gym one of these days.
